We want you to love our products! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Items must be shipped out (or postmarked) within 30-day of receiving your order.

The customer is responsible for return shipment and cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels. 

Please return the package with a valid tracking number and keep the proof/receipt of postage for your personal insurance. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

We reserve the right to reject returns: 1) sent beyond the 30-day return period limit or 2) items which are not in their original condition, including any damages during shipping.


For orders within Australia, Canada, Germany, Singapore, and United Kingdom.

STEP 1: Register here with your order ID and email.
Exclude "MMI#" in the Order ID (E.g. Input 12345 for order MMI#12345)

STEP 2: Our team will review and approve or reject the request. Once the return request is approved, you will receive an email to make payment for return label.

STEP 3: Print out the return label and paste it on the parcel.

STEP 4: Drop off your return parcel at the drop off station.

For orders outside of AU, CA, DE, SG, UK

Please email us at hello@morrowandmint.com with your order number to initiate the return process. We will respond to you within 2 business days with the instructions and return address.

Items may be returned to any one of our Return Centers in CA, UK, DE, AU, and SG.


    Please allow 7-14 business days from the day we receive to process your return items for your account to be credited. We will refund the amount back onto the original card with which the order was placed. Certain banks may take an additional 2-10 days for your account to be processed.


    We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Please send back the items within the return policy condition for a full refund, and place a new order for the desired items.
