30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to love our products! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with hangtags attached.
  • Items must be shipped out (or postmarked) within 30-day of receiving your order.

We reserve the right to reject returned items that do not meet the above conditions, including any damages during shipping. We will not process refunds and you will be responsible for re-delivery fees incurred under such circumstances. 

Shipping fees from your original transaction are not refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipment and cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Please return the package with a valid tracking number and obtainable proof of delivery for your personal insurance. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS 

Within Australia, Canada, Germany, Singapore, and United Kingdom

Step 1: Register HERE. Once you're done, a confirmation email containing your return label will be sent to you.

Fill in the following information:
Order ID: Exclude "MMI#" (E.g. Input 12345 for order MMI#12345)
Weight: 1 item = 100g
Item code: This is the style number on the hangtag.
Description: Clothing
Address: Kindly enter your street number into the Address 2 field.

You will be required to fill up all fields before you are able to click on the "calculate shipping cost" button.

Step 2: Make payment for return label.

Step 3: Print out the return label (you should receive this in your email!) and paste it on the parcel.

Step 4: Drop off your return parcel at the drop off station.

Rest of the world

Items may be returned to any one of our return centers in Australia, Canada, Germany, Singapore, or United Kingdom.

Step 1: Email us at hello@morrowandmint.com with the following information.

Subject line: Copy and paste below text for subject line.

Body text: Only input the two-letter country code for the return center where you want to send back the items.

AU = Australia
CA = Canada
DE = Germany
SG = Singapore
UK = United Kingdom

Step 2: We will follow up the instructions and return address.

    RETURN/REFUND PROCESSING

    Please allow 7-14 business days from the day we receive to process your return items for your account to be credited. We will refund the amount back onto the original card with which the order was placed. Certain banks may take an additional 2-10 days for your account to be processed.

    EXCHANGES

    We do not offer exchanges at the moment. Please return the items within the return policy condition for a full refund, and place a new order for the desired items.

    Oh no! We're deeply sorry about this! Please contact us and we will do our best to make this right!

    Note: This must be communicated to us within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement or refund.
