We only offer standard shipping at the moment, but are working hard to bring you expedited shipping.

To protect you from international import tax, we may declare a lower value. If customs duties are incurred, you will be responsible to clear customs and pay the relevant customs duties.

WAREHOUSE LOCATION

We partner with multiple warehouses in Asia (mostly in China) to bring our customers the fastest and best shipping option. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email from us with the tracking information once the package is on its way to you! Please follow the link provided to track your order.

Your order may have multiple tracking numbers as items may be shipped out from different warehouses based on stock availability.

The tracking information may take up to 5-10 business days to be updated in the system. If after 10 days, you are still not seeing any status update, please contact us and we'd love to check for you internally.

WRONG ADDRESS

We know mistakes do happen! Please email us immediately! We can only fix this if the order has not been shipped out yet.

However, if the order has already been dispatched, we kindly ask for you to contact the local post office. They should be able to reroute the package to your desired address.

We are not responsible for lost due to incorrect address provided and cannot offer a refund.
